Findeefi is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides:

  • Multi-client CRM management and analytics
  • Integration with GoHighLevel (GHL) for contact and opportunity management
  • Social media integration with Facebook and Instagram (Meta)
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) integration for website analytics
  • Zoom meeting analytics and reporting
  • JustCall phone and SMS analytics
  • Slack workspace integration and automation
  • Custom form builder and submission management
  • Dashboard builder with data visualization
  • Map-based property visualization
  • Email template management
  • Subscription and billing management via Stripe
  • Automated reporting and data exports

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

  • GoHighLevel accounts
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Business accounts
  • Google accounts (for Google Analytics)
  • Zoom accounts
  • JustCall accounts
  • Slack workspaces

By connecting these accounts, you authorize us to access data from these services on your behalf in accordance with the permissions you grant. You are responsible for maintaining valid connections and ensuring your third-party account credentials remain secure.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

Findeefi offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Details of available plans are available on our Pricing page.

4.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after the notice period.

5. Data Usage and Third-Party Integrations

5.1 Data Collection and Processing

Our Service collects, processes, and stores data from your connected third-party accounts. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Contact information from GoHighLevel
  • Social media insights from Meta platforms
  • Website analytics from Google Analytics
  • Meeting data from Zoom
  • Call and SMS records from JustCall
  • Workspace information from Slack
  • Form submissions and uploaded files

5.2 Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms that have their own terms of service and privacy policies. You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of all connected platforms
  • We are not responsible for any changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of third-party services
  • Integration functionality may be affected by changes to third-party APIs
  • You must maintain valid subscriptions and access rights with third-party services

5.3 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

  • Webhook processing is subject to platform rate limits

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Data will be accurate, complete, or reliable
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected
  • Third-party integrations will function continuously or correctly

11.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDEEFI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
  • Any integration or interaction with third-party services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Findeefi, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
